VeeLite buys Waterford Castings Ltd
2012: VeeLite has extended its manufacturing capability by its purchase of the business of ‘Waterford Castings Ltd’ a long established die-casting Aluminium Casting business. This Company has been a supplier to VeeLite for almost 30 years. The business is now trading as Veelite Die-castings.com and it supplies die Castings to a wide range of OEM customers, including VeeLite. The business was relocated to our Waterford plant, together with the Staff and management. The Technical Director Mr Laurence Douglas has over 30 years experience in the aluminum casting business and is an experienced Toolmaker. The Die castings used in most of our Products have been tooled and supplied by this business.
