The car showroom lighting shown here is achieved with only a few Softbay Luminaires.  The advantages are minimal installation initially,  and minimal maintenance and energy usage over the lifetime of the Project.

The Luminaire provided uses a prismatic reflector (refractor) system to ensure most light goes down but there is also approx 15% uplight and the entire room is illuminated.  The Ceiling and Metalwork are bright and have become a feature.  This is in contrast to standard Pendant HighBays which would leave the Ceiling and Walls dark, or Recessed Luminaires (Downlighters) which would leave the Ceiling and Walls with patches of darkness.

The Luminaire is ideal for general or Car Showroom lighting or general retail lighting.  It is more attractive than standard HighBay type lighting and the Reflector/Refractor prevents glare.
